The Data Engineer will build the data infrastructure, including ingestion pipelines and backend services, while ensuring data accessibility and quality for the company.

Own distribution, servicing, and customer success for SafeLease's self-storage insurance products. Build and scale direct and retail agent channels, manage partner relationships, run servicing operations, drive retention and expansion, and collaborate cross-functionally to hit revenue targets.

Lead accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for an MGA and surplus lines carrier. Own GAAP and statutory (SAP/NAIC) reporting, audits, regulatory filings, treasury, tax compliance, intercompany consolidations, reinsurance and reserve accounting, and build a scalable accounting team and systems to support growth.

Design and maintain dbt models in Snowflake, build executive dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, ensure data quality and governance, and translate ambiguous business questions into actionable insights.
