Monitor appropriate checks and balances to ensure high level of quality in operations and support the Director in ensuring that the management teams understand and exceed Client’s goals/expectations.
Understand and observe compliance with management agreements, review expenditures as allowed under the DOA and which exceed the authority level established for project and property manager.
Ensure compliance of full utilization of C&W tools and resources (i.e. HelpHub, Asset Services SharePoint site, Operations Manual, Engineering Disciplines, Yardi, IFRS prescribed accounting
Work with the MDs, Engineering to verify the existence of property procedures including Operations Manual, Tenant Handbook, and Emergency Procedures as updated to current industry, Client, and C&W standards; manage workers' compensation accounts.
With the Director, work on various projects to help streamline business processes and ensure efficiencies within the Asset Services business. Projects to be defined as needs arise.
Perform other related duties as required or requested.
Education/Experience/Training:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration or Real Estate
Certifications, Licenses or Accreditations: PMP, CPM, RPA
3-5 years demonstrated experience
Must be able to travel up to 10 % of the time

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
