The Operations Specialist collaborates with the Senior Manager of Operations and the Director to oversee the daily operations of the product and facilitate projects across Mohegan Digital. This role is responsible for maintaining relationships with stakeholders, assisting with project management, and supporting the operational growth of Mohegan Digital. This position will play an integral part in the continued growth of the digital gaming platforms, promoting fresh concepts and seamless communication across all stakeholders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with the Operations Manager and Director to manage and deliver digital gaming projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Assist in the management of ongoing projects across multiple departments, including Product, Compliance, Marketing, Regulatory, and General Business.
Clearly and promptly communicate project expectations and requirements to team members, third parties, partners, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with the online marketing team to execute promotions and sweepstakes, including fund distribution to customers and promo code creation using Asana and other digital gaming tools.
Lead communications with project stakeholders and manage day-to-day operations of various iGaming products.
Organize and facilitate departmental and team meetings to ensure efficiency and structure across all functions.
Develop and maintain relationships across multiple departments within the company.
Coordinate tasks with appropriate personnel, both internal and external.
Represent Digital Gaming in interactions with internal and external stakeholders to create a cohesive omni-channel approach to operations and products.
Develop comprehensive project plans, business requests, and functional requirements documents.
Oversee the rollout of Digital Rewards across Mohegan Digital’s projects.
Manage the utilization of Mohegan Digital tools, including Asana, Zendesk, SSO, and other relevant platforms.
Assist stakeholders in documenting processes and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Mohegan Digital’s tools and operations.
Continuously monitor and report on the progress of projects and products to all stakeholders.
Assist Mohegan Digital stakeholders in process documentation and SOPs tied to Mohegan Digital’s tools and operations.
Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the projects and products to all stakeholders
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or demonstrated equivalent experience in a related field
One plus years of experience in online project development and management methodologies
Ability to create and manage Gantt Charts as well as other similar project management tools
Detail-orientated with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, performance-focused environments
Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and work ethic
Passion for providing the market leading iGaming and Sports betting experience to customers

Training Requirements:
Certifications as required by Mohegan
Mohegan Corporate and departmental policies and procedures
Appropriate regulations that pertain to Mohegan Information Systems
Mohegan budget planning and analysis process and procedures
Understanding of Time and Attendance and Database Management systems
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Office work environment
Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
Must be able to travel; six or more trips per year required
