A Glimpse into Your New Role

The Operations Specialist will oversee and manage a variety of operational and administrative tasks. In this role, you will act as an Office Manager, lead/support the development, implementation, and maintenance of key operational policies, procedures, and business strategies aimed at achieving excellent organizational outcomes. Additionally, you will support HR, administrative, and recruitment functions, fostering a positive company culture that promotes high performance and employee morale. As the point of contact for executives, employees, and external partners, you will coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and ensure seamless flow of information across teams. You will also manage and complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the leadership. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role designed to support the company's operational excellence and people-centric goals.

  • Act as an Office Manager who will lead and liaise all administrative and operational needs of the team from all relevant internal departments, both onshore and offshore
  • Develop, maintain, and/or provide support in implementing important operational, business, and company policies, plans, process documentations, and other strategies that will drive stellar results
  • Lead and support all HR, Administrative, and Recruitment needs
  • Help promote a company culture that drives high quality performance and high morale
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes as needed
  • As point of contact among executive/s, employees, and other external partners.
  • Manage and complete assigned ad-hoc project/task by immediate leader
     

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid experience in handling and managing HR, administrative, and other operational related matters
  • Strong knowledge and experience being part of a matrix management structure
  • Ability to implement and execute important operational strategies and activities
  • Strong attention to details and adaptable to fast-paced industry
  • Ability to multitask and organize daily workload by priorities
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills using both native and English language
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Note, Outlook, etc.) for processing documentation, creating presentations, spreadsheets, coaching documentation, etc.
  • Proactive, self-starter and can work independently with minimum supervision
