Job Description:
We’re looking for an Operations Specialist (L5) to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you are accountable for forecasting impact of work volume demand, key projects, and activities on the available capacity across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage volumes and balance workload across sites to ensure optimal staffing levels.

Monitor and report leave allocations to the scheduling team, which may trigger changes in staffing plans and schedules.

Create accurate and timely performance reports.

Create, manage, and deliver accurate long-term and short-term forecasts across multiple teams and levels.
