Support the Channel Analytics & Pricing Manager to execute sales data strategies and processes. Understand commercial organization and its needs. Achieve KPIs set by leadership; set and monitor achievement and points for improvement. Collaborate with other functions to drive the business as needed (BOP, Finance, Commercial, etc)
Key Activities shall include but not be limited to:
- Sales Data generation
- Sales Consolidation and validation
- Transforming raw data into tabular report for multiple purposes.
- Manual Sales Crediting/Adjustment where needed, as per guidelines set
- Upload/ Download Transfers & Offtake data
- Extract/Receive and Transform Raw Sales Data into load format based on internal system templates.
- Accounts Tagging / Mapping / Sales Crediting
- List Price Maintenance & Validation
- Generation of Sales Reports for FF
- Maintains the FF Directory to ensure that any changes in Field force Data e.g. Transfers, Promotion, Resignation, changes in address & contact details are properly monitored/captured as this serves as common reference for Category Admins, CFE for configuration & other users.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4- or 5-year degree program, preferably in Mathematics, Business, Information Technology, or other related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically in sales data management, field force effectiveness, or similar functions
- Strong ability to handle, process, and analyze large datasets, with proficiency in data processing tools to generate and deliver complex reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experienced with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization and with external stakeholders; experience working within a matrix team is an advantage
- Strong project management and time management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
