We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our Program and Operations team as an Operations Specialist to help ensure the smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role often encompasses multiple areas including data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, process definition and improvement.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 3-6 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Advanced Excel experience
• Project management experience (preferred)
• PowerBI experience (preferred)
• Microsoft Office experience
• Familiarity with databases such as Salesforce
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability and flexibility with variable assignments

Compensation Range

$44,200.00 - $66,300.00
