Your proactive approach and deep understanding of both business and process will directly shape how effectively our customer-facing teams operate and grow revenue.
What You'll Do
- Manage Salesforce as the single source of truth for all sales activity—administering CRM data, managing campaigns, lead assignment, opportunity closure, and configuring reports and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility
- Own sales reporting and analysis at individual, team, regional, and global levels, consolidating forecasts and translating pipeline, performance metrics, and trends into actionable insights for management
- Drive data quality improvements through continuous monitoring and governance, ensuring CRM data remains accurate and actionable across all customer-facing departments
- Design and optimize sales processes by documenting workflows, implementing HQ-defined playbooks, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer between headquarters and regional teams
- Support customer-facing teams with tools training, feedback collection, and troubleshooting to maximize adoption and utilization across Salesforce and other sales-critical platforms
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives including quarterly planning, forecasting accuracy, incentive calculations, commission planning, and KPI target-setting with sales leadership and cross-functional partners
- Provide proactive analytics and recommendations by analyzing business data across departments, identifying trends, and sharing insights that help leadership make data-driven decisions about targets, processes, and performance
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or CRM administration in a B2B or SaaS environment with proven expertise in Salesforce.com
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, including hands-on experience with data management, report building, dashboard creation, and CRM customization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, repeatable processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality—you catch inconsistencies, flag issues proactively, and drive continuous improvement
- Self-directed and proactive mindset, with comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus depending on regional needs
