The Role
Pay Range: $18.81 - $25.07

Manage and process the completion of system-related daily tasks, following documented procedures and policies, within stated service standards for both volume and quality.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree and a minimum of one (1) yearrelated experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Basic understanding of accounting transactions and problem resolution
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively with both internal and external contacts
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to develop advanced Schwab Retirement Technologies software skills provided by internal training, within a reasonable time

Tasks Performed:

  • 80% As part of an operational team, perform daily production tasks meeting production requirements for both quality and quantity. Produce daily evidence and documentation of work completed. Communicate to manager/team lead any production issues for resolution and status of pending or stale items.
  • 10% Anticipate and prioritize for continually changing work demands in collaboration with the rest of the team.
  • 5% Identify processing issues and opportunities for control improvements. Work with manager and peers to improve processes.
  • 5% Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
  • Stationary 75% of time or greater
  • Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
