We are seeking a high-energy, motivated, and analytically strong Operations Specialist / Business Analyst to support cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence, performance insights, and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities- Analyze operational and business performance data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build dashboards, reports, and executive summaries to communicate team health and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and execution for high-priority initiatives.
- Own and evolve key operational metrics, tools, and documentation.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic research for leadership decision-making.
- Act as a voice of the team—providing structured insights on performance, blockers, and resourcing needs.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Clear, concise communicator with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable insights.
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.

- Experience in Agile or SaaS environments is a plus.
