Job Summary
As an Operations Risk and Control Analyst in Complaints Management, you will be accountable for achieving key service metrics, meeting or exceeding productivity goals, ensuring business partner and client satisfaction, and driving ongoing improvement initiatives. You will maintain adherence to risk and control guidelines within complex Complaints Management functions, make higher-level decisions, and ensure all work meets service levels and Legal/Compliance requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute business initiatives by maintaining open communication with employees, peers, leadership, and other lines of business to ensure high-risk cases are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Make informed business decisions using independent judgment, subject matter expertise, and documented policies and procedures to enhance department and business performance.
- Identify and own end-to-end process improvement opportunities, including recommending solutions, developing and maintaining training content, implementing changes, and partnering with the change management leadership team.
- Manage high-risk regulatory interactions with urgency, ensuring oversight from start to resolution.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum three years of experience in account management or relationship management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to function independently and within a team structure
- Ability to deliver results within tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
