This role is directly responsible for managing internal corporate projects and supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) with regularly enhancing the corporate project methodology. The Operations Project Manager reports directly to the COO who will outline the methodology by which the Operations Project Manager will execute. The projects will predominately be comprised of operations, finance, and human resource initiatives aimed at improving, developing, and instituting new processes and global solutions.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain project deliverables; including and not limited to; milestone dates, project plans, statuses, allocation of resources, project dependencies and budgets.
  • Coordination of resources, as well as, facilitating the communication with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Ability to guide teams through the planning, design, development, testing, training, and implementation stages of varying projects.
  • Ability to define and manage the scope of work, purpose, assumptions, and problem statement with the stakeholder and project resources.
  • Track, manage, and maintain internal team forecasts and bookings as it relates to the internal project(s).
  • Provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request), including RAID Logging (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) plus overall project status updates (e.g., red, yellow, green summary status).
  • Ability to communicate and create potential needs and/or roadblocks to the stakeholder for mitigation efforts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of differing magnitudes (small, medium, large) simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet the requirements as communicated.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure success of internal project(s)
  • Corporate Operations Project Manager needs to have the ability to manage multiple internal department workstreams for harmonization/integration efforts for acquisitions and/or global deployments of enterprise-wide business transformation solutions.


Required Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience working as project manager.
  • Experience managing multiple projects from beginning to end.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient with Office 365 Applications.
  • 3 plus years managing multiple projects in a professional setting.
