Manage payroll processing in Paylocity, sync payroll data with NetSuite, administer benefits and retirement plans, support leave requests, onboard employees, maintain personnel records, process employee changes, answer payroll and benefits questions, and produce recurring HR reports.

Provides production support and administration for WebSphere and related middleware environments. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident triage, application deployments, troubleshooting, patching, SSL and access administration, automation scripting, documentation, client coordination, maintenance windows, and on-call support for North American clients.

Manage and support Linux, Unix, Windows, Solaris, Oracle, cloud, storage, and virtualization environments. Responsibilities include server and application installation, patching, troubleshooting, systems integration, architecture support, automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and ongoing maintenance. The role collaborates with networking, database, application development, and internet development teams while supporting Oracle engineered systems, cloud platforms, NAS/SAN infrastructure, and enterprise virtualization technologies.

Designs and delivers end-to-end Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions for enterprise client engagements. Leads OCI landing zone, networking, identity, compute, storage, database, Oracle Applications, AI, and data platform architecture. Oversees Oracle Database, Exadata, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards migrations, including high availability and disaster recovery. Builds Terraform-based infrastructure, develops reference architectures and migration runbooks, collaborates with Oracle technical teams, and serves as a technical escalation point while establishing reusable delivery standards and guardrails.

Administer and support Oracle Database environments and Oracle GoldenGate replication (19c/23ai). Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Oracle servers, n-node clusters, and GoldenGate replication without data loss. Provide maintenance, recovery, EXADATA support, and participate in bridge calls for production issue resolution.

Administer, maintain, and support JDE OneWorld/EnterpriseOne environments including installs, OMW deployments, ESU/ASU/service pack application, security/print/batch queue administration, performance tuning and monitoring, environment/path code management, and user support. Work with IT teams, perform proactive risk mitigation, and assist rolling out/upgrade activities to additional modules and business units.
