Aligned to the Cybersecurity Assessments Delivery Office, you will be part of a team accountable for the successful execution of our security testing portfolio, drive adherence to standard operating procedures and improve customer satisfaction. With a one team mindset, you will support with transformation work on pentest assessment delivery operations and engagement.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate interest in general Cybersecurity principles and have proven experience of program and project delivery processes in large scale organizations. You will use your leadership skills to give guidance, advise on best practices and support our business and technology groups. You will deploy new processes and policies and emerging trends to strengthen our strategic roadmap. The role involves a high level of stakeholder management and will suit an individual with excellent client facing skills. An applicant from a security consulting firm or a financial services background will have a distinct advantage. Working in a large and complex organization, an understanding of how to develop brand awareness and build a network of business contacts to develop stability, capacity and resiliency of our products and emerging industry trends.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple pentesting projects across global teams while maintaining a high degree of communication between multiple stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
- Anticipate and resolve roadblocks that impact SLA's within the pentesting lifecycle .
- Assist with providing ad-hoc reports and understanding of how to present management information to senior stakeholders.
- Analysis of processes to identify automation, streamlining and improvement opportunities to accomplish common goals.
- Build partnerships, interact and coordinate pentesting projects with teams based in the US, UK and Singapore.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Good understanding of penetration testing, and other security assessment activities is preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience with logistical demand of clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention for detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve challenges
- Communicate with a diverse audience, including verbal, written and where necessary using presentation techniques in English.
- Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in automation tasks, mainly with Python.
- Knowledge on Data Analytics with Qlick Sense.
