Operations Project Management Lead

We’re looking for an Operations Project Management Lead to drive efficiency and impact across our company. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Project Managers, overseeing key initiatives from planning to execution and optimization.

👉 Your responsibilities at Trezor

• Oversee complex, cross-functional operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of operations-related projects, including process improvements, operational efficiencies, technology implementations and change management initiatives

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Operations Project Managers, providing strategic direction, performance feedback and opportunities for professional growth

• Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, skills and methodologies to deliver high-quality project outcomes

• Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads and key stakeholders to align project goals with organizational priorities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project escalations, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle

• Present project status updates, risk assessments and performance metrics to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices across the operations team

• Develop and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools and templates to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery

• Monitor and analyze project KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making

💪 What do we need from you?

• Minimum of 5 years of Operations project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and leading project teams to successful outcomes

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma

• Strong understanding of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello

• Strong understanding of reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines
