Reporting to the VP of Business Planning, you will be supporting various initiatives under the ESG project, including but not limited to:
• Research on market best practices on presenting ESG and redesign Arlo’s ESG website to tell our story.
• Research on various ESG related frameworks and requirement in geographical locations that Arlo operates, and support in fulfilling the reporting requirements, such as California’s SB261 (Climate-Related Financial Risk Act).
• Work with Watershed data analytics for 2025 GHG calculations
• Provide support in responding and fulfilling customers’ requests on ESG data / questionnaire.
• Collect ESG data and inputs from manufacturing partners
• Support in 2025 ESG reporting
• Research on Amazon badges that would be practical for Arlo to pursue
• Any other projects as assigned
While knowledge and experience on ESG is an advantage, this is not a requirement to the role. Rather, someone with a strong interest and desire to learn about the topic is preferred – you’d be spending a lot of time researching on the topic, understanding trends and development of regulations and also identifying best market practices. You would also have strong communications skills (including writing), and highly analytical.
Practical requirement on time & effort:
Ordinary 10-16 hour per week. Ideally more hours in Q4 and Q1. While most of the time the work hour is flexible, there should be an expectation of at least once per week sync up with manager via zoom and with the possibility of additional progress update calls based on project status.
