Key Responsibilities:

Training & Documentation Management

  • Design, implement, and maintain training plans for bank operations teams.

  • Ensure all training materials reflect current banking regulations, internal policies, and operational best practices.

  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and business line leaders to ensure training content is accurate and audit ready.

Procedure & Workflow Governance

  •   Own the lifecycle of operational procedures, job aids, and workflow documentation across all first-line banking functions (e.g., branch operations, loan servicing, deposit operations).

  • Ensure all documentation adheres to firm-wide templates, branding, and regulatory standards.

  • Conduct periodic reviews and updates to ensure alignment with evolving banking regulations and internal controls.

Operational Deployment & Change Management

  •   Lead the operational readiness and deployment of new banking products, services, or regulatory changes.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Compliance, Risk, IT, Executive Leadership) to ensure impacted teams are informed, trained, and supported.

  • Develop and execute communication and training plans to support successful go-lives.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a liaison between operations, compliance, training, and business units to ensure alignment and consistency in documentation and deployment.

  • Facilitate feedback loops to continuously improve operational materials and training effectiveness.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or relevant work experience

  • 2+ years of experience in banking operations, training development, or program coordination.

  • Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory environment (e.g., BSA/AML, Reg E, Reg CC).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).

  • Experience with change management or operational deployment in a financial institution is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with FFIEC guidelines and other banking regulatory frameworks.

  • Experience working in a multi-branch or operational banking environment.

  • Knowledge of Lean six Sigma/ Agile methodologies is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

  • Strong communication skills, relaying clear and concise direction, guidance, or input.
