We are looking for an Operations & Procurement Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the company's procurement and operational activities.
This is a hands-on role combining suppliers and procurement management, day-to-day operations, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, technology-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
- Lead procurement activities end-to-end, including purchasing, logistics, and shipments.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and commercial terms.
- Partner with internal teams, including Sales and Finance, to support business operations.
Operations & Facilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities across the company.
- Manage facilities, leases, insurance, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and service providers.
- Support employees' operational needs and ensure an efficient work environment.
- Lead operational projects and support company events.
- Design, document, and improve operational processes, leveraging automation to support scalability and growth.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Operations, Procurement or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing vendors, procurement processes, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Experience improving and optimizing business processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Technology-oriented with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with Priority ERP, preferably with the Procurement module.
- Experience in a technology company.
- Native-level proficiency in Hebrew, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Skills Required
