About the role
Corebridge Insurance Company of Bermuda provides a broad array of products and solutions to high net worth individuals. As a Process Specialist you will be responsible for managing one or more operational processes, including:
- Verify and process client transactions that impact AIG’s books and records
- Interact with clients and address/resolve client enquiries
- Collect anti-money laundering documents and conduct customer due diligence reviews
- Liaise with the local regulator and conduct any Anti-Money Laundering requirements to ensure compliance
- Work as part of a team to evaluate and streamline operational workflows
- Work with the IT team and other functional units to design and develop applications to enhance operational efficiencies and strengthen internal controls
- Work with Compliance, Legal, and Governance teams to implement new regulatory requirements impacting operations
- Support the Operations team in the US
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree: business, financial, accounting, economics, or technical fields
- 2+ years of applicable work experience
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations is essential
- Knowledge of the insurance, accounting, or financial industry is essential
- Experience liaising with the local regulator
- Excellent customer engagement and listening skills are essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple, competing deliverables within time constraints
- Expert level experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, is essential
- Experience with project management and data analysis is desired
