Induction & Portal Management ● Managing the operationalization of Customer Inductions and Portals across Pest and Hygiene business units in conjunction with Branch Operational Teams & functional stakeholders to support the delivery of: o Service Levels o Productivity o Revenue Forecast Accuracy o Improved Customer Satisfaction with Compliance Requirements ● Setting targets, managing accountabilities and monitoring results for the Induction function to facilitate the branch with information to own responsibility, accuracy, timescales, customer satisfaction, cost and resource management ● Creating and implementing appropriate, cost effective and efficient induction strategies to respond to current business and future delivery needs ● Providing leadership and coaching to branch teams on customer induction & portal compliance ● Map and maintain a record of the customer inductions on an ongoing basis ● Embed new technology & systems that enable the business to improve customer induction / portal performance ● Regularly report on customer induction progress and compliance performance through insight generation that enables focus on the key challenges ● Manage the customer induction / portal compliance and app introduction elements of new scaled business ● Ensure Portal certificates, licences and SWMS are kept current and up to date in order that technicians can service our customer without interruption ● Analyse and investigate trends, variances and exceptions in induction compliance with outcomes communicated to stakeholders
