Key Responsibilities• Manage and analyze Fab15's key performance indicators (KPIs), including Pace, Yield, OEE, Cycle Time, Productivity, and Capacity Utilization.• Identify performance gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities through KPI monitoring and data analysis.• Lead initiatives focused on productivity improvement, cycle time reduction, and equipment efficiency optimization.• Drive cross-functional projects by managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment.• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and performance review mechanisms utilizing tools such as Power BI.• Leverage data analytics, AI, and digital transformation technologies to improve operational efficiency and automate manual processes.• Support factory-wide optimization initiatives including Max Out programs, Constraint Management, and Capacity Planning activities.• Provide regular performance reviews, recommendations, and strategic insights to Operations Leadership.• Partner with functional organizations to execute and track performance improvement actions.• Develop improvement roadmaps for key operational challenges and ensure effective execution against targets.
Primary Responsibilities• Serve as the Fab15 KPI Lead by continuously monitoring factory performance and driving issue visibility.• Act as a PMO for critical factory initiatives by managing project execution, action tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.• Lead analytics and reporting activities through dashboard development, data visualization, and advanced analysis.• Support Fab15 Operations Leadership with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.• Drive continuous improvement activities from a factory-wide optimization perspective to improve productivity, cycle time, and operational effectiveness.• Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related manufacturing environment.• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent platforms.• Experience in KPI management, operational improvement, project management, or performance monitoring.• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.• Effective communication skills in either Japanese or English.• Experience using AI.
Preferred Qualifications• Semiconductor manufacturing process knowledge and hands-on factory operation experience.• Experience managing operational KPIs such as Pace, Yield, OEE, Cycle Time, Productivity, and Capacity Utilization.• Dashboard development experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.Programming and analytics experience with Python, SQL, or equivalent analytics tools.• Experience leading AI, Digital Transformation (DX), or Automation initiatives.• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints (TOC), or Continuous Improvement methodologies.• PMO, project management, or cross-functional leadership experience.• Experience supporting Max Out, Capacity Planning, Factory Optimization, or Manufacturing Excellence programs.• Ability to participate in global meetings and prepare materials or reports in English.

必須条件• 学士号以上(工学, 製造技術, 統計学, データサイエンス, または関連分野)• 製造業または半導体業界における3年以上の実務経験• Excel, Power BI, SQL等を活用したデータ分析経験• KPI管理, 業務改善, またはプロジェクト推進経験• 論理的思考力および問題解決能力• 部門横断で関係者を巻き込みながら業務を推進できるコミュニケーション能力• 日本語または英語による業務上のコミュニケーション能力• AI の使用経験
