About the Role
Location: Kifissia, Athens Greece
Working model: Hybrid
This position is well suited to professionals who enjoy taking ownership, proactively driving initiatives, and working in a dynamic, evolving business environment. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business development, commercial negotiations, and data-driven decision-making. You will identify and unlock growth opportunities across our ATM network in Greece, while building and strengthening mutually beneficial partnerships with landlords and location owners.
What you ‘ll do
- Own and improve ATM profitability by analyzing P&L drivers, transaction volumes and operating costs; propose actions to optimize performance and align with profitability targets
- Conduct market research to evaluate current and potential ATM locations; including financial forecasts and demographic analyses, prepare and present clear business cases (i.e. ROI, risk) for new placements and relocations
- Track market trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities and anticipate risks
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords to secure optimal ATM placements; address issues and negotiate favorable terms
- Lead commercial and lease negotiations end-to-end, ensuring terms align with growth goals, profitability requirements, and legal/compliance standards
- Contribute the ATM installation process in collaboration with the Operations team and external subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates in business systems, prepare stakeholder-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into clear actions
Requirements
What you ‘ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in business development & network expansion—supported by strong analytical skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Familiarity with Banking or Tech will be considered as a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Greek & English language
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support business needs
