Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the efficient running of our business in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in managing teams, improving processes, and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.

·       Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

·       Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial goals to meet the organization’s objectives.

·       Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to maintain a high level of performance.

·       Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

·       Analyze operational performance and generate reports for senior management.

·       Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions where necessary.

·       Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

·       Handle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to services.

·       Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on strategic goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.

·       Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

·       Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

·       Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·       Fluency in Arabic is required.

·       Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
