Make an Impact in This Role
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader to take ownership of Title Operations in our Wenatchee branch. If you know how to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver results, this is your opportunity to step into a high-visibility role with real influence.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and develop a team across Title operations (Assistants, Recording, Curative)

• Drive workflow, productivity, and turnaround times to meet business goals

• Ensure compliance, quality, and exceptional customer service

• Partner with Examining, Underwriting, and branch teams to keep deals moving

• Coach, hire, and build a high-performing, accountable team

• Identify gaps, solve problems, and continuously improve operations

What You Bring

• Title operations experience with a strong understanding of workflows and compliance

• Proven leadership experience (2+ years leading teams)

• A track record of driving performance, not just managing tasks

• Confidence making decisions and holding teams accountable

• Strong communication and operational mindset

Pay Range: $77,875.00 - $95,000.00 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
