We’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader to take ownership of Title Operations in our Wenatchee branch. If you know how to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver results, this is your opportunity to step into a high-visibility role with real influence.
What You’ll Own
Lead and develop a team across Title operations (Assistants, Recording, Curative)
Drive workflow, productivity, and turnaround times to meet business goals
Ensure compliance, quality, and exceptional customer service
Partner with Examining, Underwriting, and branch teams to keep deals moving
Coach, hire, and build a high-performing, accountable team
Identify gaps, solve problems, and continuously improve operations
What You Bring
Title operations experience with a strong understanding of workflows and compliance
Proven leadership experience (2+ years leading teams)
A track record of driving performance, not just managing tasks
Confidence making decisions and holding teams accountable
Strong communication and operational mindset

Pay Range: $77,875.00 - $95,000.00 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
