What You Will Do
- Lead IT Logistics Operations to meet KPIs and SLAs
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, shipping, break/fix, inventory, and e-waste
- Manage stakeholder relationships and partnerships
- Monitor systems and work queues
- Share best practices and manage team performance
- Handle hiring, training, development, and scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and manage client SLAs
- Attend client meetings and report performance data
- Supervise service areas and guide service leads
- Support additional projects as assigned
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years in IT Logistics management
- Experience with Lean methodologies and international service management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, ServiceNow, Jira, Tableau
- Preferred: Vendor management experience, relevant degree, Lean Six Sigma or project management certifications
