Uses HR metrics and systems to support decisions, maintains employee records, manages external partners, and supports talent acquisition. Requires regular Nordic travel and occasional European travel.

Manage global AV and network infrastructure programs from intake and design through deployment, replacement, and decommissioning. Responsibilities include defining requirements, schedules, budgets, documentation, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, status reporting, and process standardization. The role coordinates networking, infrastructure, AV teams, vendors, and customers while managing multiple concurrent projects. This is a remote position requiring residence in Bengaluru for occasional site visits.

Manages data centre service operations across four UK and European locations.
