Position: Operations Manager (OM)
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Overview:
The Global Operations Manager is directly responsible in the Management of the processes in various TRT offices across 15 countries (US, UK, Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Switzerland, Philippines, Netherlands)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creation and implementation of standardized Company's policies and procedures.
• Institutionalize compliance on all Policies and Procedures of all global processes and make necessary recommendations to improve and standardize Global processes.
• Developing long-term and strategic approaches that define problems/opportunities in anticipation of changing business conditions.
• Ensure implementation and proper management of the following Teams: (a) Global HR, (b) Recruitment, (c) IT Admin, Compliance Teams
• Monitor all activities associated with business operations and ensure compliance of every transactions in all global accounts.
• Conduct risk management, postmortem analysis and root cause analysis by implementing preventive and corrective actions on recurring issues.
• Perform pro-active site and client visits ensuring competent and efficient global management.
• Communicate with all the business units, the global teams, and the global clients in ensuring accountability is clear and expectations are always met.• Prepare and analyze reports for timely submission to the CEO.
Key Qualifications:
• This position requires a strong global expertise in Business and Information Technology.
• Can communicate well in multiple languages.• In-depth knowledge of existing global labor laws and with contract management skills.
• Has a business and project management, risk management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with NetSuite – Oracle, Bamboo HR, Microsoft Teams, Google Shared Files and BOSS.
• Can work and adopt to shifting schedules based on the needs of global clients
