What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and support a team—ensuring high levels of productivity, safety, and morale.
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including labor planning, inventory management, equipment usage, and space optimization.
Collaborate across departments (Sales, Inventory, HR, Finance) to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
Drive continuous improvement in areas such as shipping/receiving, product handling, inventory accuracy, and housekeeping.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to meet targets for cost, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
Foster a safety-first culture and maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
Utilize data and operational reports to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
5+ years of warehouse operations or leadership experience.
Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in a warehouse or distribution center.
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in temperature-variable environments (freezer, dry storage).
Flexibility to work weekends or different shifts as needed.
Comfort working around varying noise levels and industrial equipment.
