Lead site continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across logistics and warehousing. Facilitate Kaizen, value-stream mapping, training, and CI roadmap development to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale. Coach leaders, track metrics, and support standardization and sustainability.

As a Trades Assistant, you will support maintenance and repairs on equipment, respond to breakdowns, assist in preventative maintenance, and maintain a safe workspace while working closely with tradespeople.

Provide production support and development for Workday integrations across HCM and Finance. Monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate integration issues; design, build, test, and deploy scalable integrations using Workday-native tools and external APIs; follow SDLC/change management; maintain documentation, runbooks, and support activities while collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and peers.
