The Operations Manager professionally plans, organizes, directs, co-ordinates and controls the receipt, storage, and distribution of finished goods products in accordance with the Company’s marketing, distribution service, cost objectives and storage procedures. As the manager of various OSCs, the Operations Manager is expected to manage the overall operations and distribution through team of direct reports, appropriate procedures, and dedicated ERP system.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the warehouse and distribution operations efficiently.
- Maintain compliance of warehouse operations in line with local regulatory requirements.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and controls in line with company policies and procedures.
- Process improvements and inventory optimization, to gain efficiencies in services and cost.
- Develop the warehouse team, motivate, and recognize. Create a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
What will you need to be successful?
- Prior experience in similar role, with strong focus on people and stakeholder management
- Experience in leading process excellence initiatives within warehouse, inventory, and distribution operations.
- Confidence with positive attitude
- Strong with MS Office suite and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Fluent in Polish and English
