Job Description
- Contact with business partners and assistance in solving current problems in the field of after-sales service (including complaint processing and preparation of documentation)
- Handling reports in accordance with applicable operational procedures, including contact with colleagues from company branches throughout Europe
- Preparing comparisons and analyses and recommending solutions within assigned projects
Qualifications
- Secondary education or higher
- Customer service experience (telephone or email)
- Communicative knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of automotive technology and vehicle operation is desirable
- Knowledge of other languages: Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian will be an additional advantage
