About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented Operations Manager to ensure efficient, scalable operations that support our ticketing and live event business. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in box office systems, process improvement, and software integration to optimize partner success and streamline ticketing operations. You'll drive decision-making through metrics, improve partner, venue, and vendor collaboration, and ensure seamless workflows across multiple functions to support venues and producing partners nationwide.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, you’ll be responsible for driving key operational initiatives, measuring performance through KPIs, and aligning operational efforts with TodayTix Group’s business goals. This highly collaborative role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Partner Success, and Finance, to ensure seamless processes that support the growth of our live events and ticketing business.

Please note: this is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.
What You’ll Do:
- Ticketing & Process Improvement: Optimize operational workflows for live event ticketing, integrating systems, and enhancing customer experience.
- Metrics & Data Insights: Develop performance metrics and provide actionable insights through reports
- Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate cross-functionally and support partner success in live events
- Industry Knowledge & Strategic Planning: Stay updated on trends, contribute to strategic planning, and represent TTG at events
- Communication & Documentation: Lead meetings, maintain process documentation and present insights to stakeholders
- Team Leadership & Growth: Mentor team members and support hiring, onboarding, and organizational planning
We're Looking for Someone With:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, and system integration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and providing insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Experience with outsourcing, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of financial planning, industry techniques, and P&L management
- Proficiency with relational databases and software integration tools
- A demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members
