About the Role
NOBZO is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the efficient execution of field and HQ-support operations across Ibadan. The role will coordinate business development, relationship management, customer support, data, and quality assurance functions while ensuring operational efficiency, policy compliance, service quality, and achievement of organisational targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operational planning, performance monitoring, resource allocation, process improvement, issue escalation, and cross-functional coordination. The Operations Manager will play a key role in translating NOBZO’s strategic objectives into effective day-to-day execution and ensuring that teams operate with consistency, accountability, and a high standard of service.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in operations, field management, business operations, or a related function.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of operational planning, process improvement, performance management, and resource allocation.
- Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
- Strong familiarity with Ibadan’s geography, communities, commercial areas, and business environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and operational reporting tools.
