About the role:
We’re looking for ambitious, driven leaders to step into an Operations Manager role and play a key part in shaping the future of our operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience, build your leadership capability, and gain exposure across multiple business units—giving you a real understanding of how the wider operation works.

No two days are the same in this fast-paced role. You’ll lead large teams, make big decisions, drive performance, and have the opportunity to influence change across the business. You’ll also rotate across different business areas, giving you valuable experience and setting you up for future career growth.

This role includes both day and night shifts:
12-hour shifts
4 days per week across a 7-day operation
Rotation between days and nights (typically 6 months on each)

What you’ll be doing:
As an Operations Manager, you’ll lead one of our key operational areas and directly manage 4–5 Area Managers, supporting them to lead large teams and deliver exceptional results.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading high-performing teams to deliver operational targets
- Driving productivity, efficiency, and service performance
- Creating a positive, engaging team culture
- Coaching and developing future leaders
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Collaborating across teams to deliver wider business goals

There will also be opportunities to get involved in wider business projects, process improvements, recruitment, and strategic initiatives
