Analyze, consolidate, interpret, and visualize data to support operational and strategic decisions across logistics. Identify trends, root causes, performance drivers, and inefficiencies; develop reporting and insights; and collaborate with Logistics, Finance, Technology, and commercial teams to improve KPIs, processes, customer experience, and business performance.

Lead a key warehouse operation, managing 4–5 Area Managers and supporting large teams to achieve productivity, efficiency, service, and safety targets. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, building an engaging culture, improving processes, supporting continuous improvement, collaborating across teams, and contributing to recruitment and strategic projects. The role requires rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, four days per week across a seven-day operation.

Lead UK-wide workforce resource planning across delivery and fulfilment operations. Own headcount, hours, recruitment demand, labour budgets, forecasting, peak planning, and scenario modelling. Modernise planning tools through UKG integration, automation, and AI-enabled analysis. Improve resource accuracy and labour efficiency while presenting clear insights to senior stakeholders. Manage and develop a team of planners and analysts and collaborate with People, Finance, site leadership, and external recruitment partners.

Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver internal communications across frontline and head office audiences. Create and execute campaigns, intranet and digital content, leadership briefings and site messaging. Use engagement data to refine approaches, coach leaders, and align communications to business priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Support delivery of internal communications across intranet, apps, newsletters and events. Maintain content calendar and platforms, coordinate stakeholder content, support town halls and cascade communications, track engagement metrics, assist change communications and suggest improvements.

Manage daily transport operations, including shift scheduling, fleet and facilities oversight, and compliance with transport regulations. Lead, develop and motivate LGV drivers, liaise with stakeholders and service providers, uphold safety and HR procedures, and ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation across rotating shifts.

Lead organisational assessments and design, develop data-driven structure and role recommendations, partner with senior leaders and People Partners, and drive implementation and change management for transformational projects across the logistics business.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-value transformation projects: develop business cases, manage budgets/schedules/risks, apply structured PM methodologies, drive execution, and manage senior stakeholders to realise benefits.

Lead and embed change across Ocado Logistics projects: develop change management plans, assess impact/readiness, manage dependencies, drive adoption and sustainability, define success metrics, coach stakeholders, and support communications and training to ensure operational acceptance.

Lead data science projects across planning optimisation, forecasting and metrics modelling. Build and deploy ML solutions, perform SQL/Python analysis, create visualisations and reports, mentor junior data scientists, and collaborate with stakeholders to influence business decisions.

Lead a 12-month project to consolidate multiple data sources, identify root causes of order damages, and build statistical and machine-learning models. Deliver actionable insights, visualisations and reports to influence stakeholders, implement corrective actions, and mentor other data scientists.
