Own and deliver end-to-end payroll for a payroll area: validate data, calculate pay, submit HMRC RTI, manage statutory payments and deductions, perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, liaise with HR/Finance/third parties, ensure compliance and drive process improvements.

Lead organisational assessments and design, develop data-driven structure and role recommendations, partner with senior leaders and People Partners, and drive implementation and change management for transformational projects across the logistics business.

Manage daily transport operations, including shift scheduling, fleet and facilities oversight, and compliance with transport regulations. Lead, develop and motivate LGV drivers, liaise with stakeholders and service providers, uphold safety and HR procedures, and ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation across rotating shifts.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-value transformation projects: develop business cases, manage budgets/schedules/risks, apply structured PM methodologies, drive execution, and manage senior stakeholders to realise benefits.

Lead reactive and planned maintenance at a highly automated CFC, diagnose equipment breakdowns, supervise contractors, mentor engineers, analyse performance data, and optimise MHE reliability and availability across shifts.
