Manage daily LGV operations, including driver teams, shift schedules, fleet coordination, facilities, compliance, safety, and service delivery. Lead and develop a high-performing team while maintaining regulatory standards and representing the Ocado brand professionally. Logistics or transportation experience is advantageous but not required; transferable people-management and organizational skills are welcomed. The role includes day and night shifts and requires a current UK driving license.

Manage daily LGV operations, shift schedules, fleet activities, and driver teams across day and night shifts. Lead, motivate, and develop employees; ensure regulatory compliance, safety, productivity, and professional customer service. The role also involves stakeholder communication, facility oversight, brand representation, and maintaining efficient service delivery. Logistics or transportation experience is advantageous but not required, with training available for relevant road haulage qualifications.

Lead a 12-month project to consolidate multiple data sources, identify root causes of order damages, and build statistical and machine-learning models. Deliver actionable insights, visualisations and reports to influence stakeholders, implement corrective actions, and mentor other data scientists.

Lead UK-wide workforce resource planning across delivery and fulfilment operations. Own headcount, hours, recruitment demand, labour budgets, forecasting, peak planning, and scenario modelling. Modernise planning tools through UKG integration, automation, and AI-enabled analysis. Improve resource accuracy and labour efficiency while presenting clear insights to senior stakeholders. Manage and develop a team of planners and analysts and collaborate with People, Finance, site leadership, and external recruitment partners.

Manage daily transport operations, including shift scheduling, fleet and facilities oversight, and compliance with transport regulations. Lead, develop and motivate LGV drivers, liaise with stakeholders and service providers, uphold safety and HR procedures, and ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation across rotating shifts.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-value transformation projects: develop business cases, manage budgets/schedules/risks, apply structured PM methodologies, drive execution, and manage senior stakeholders to realise benefits.
