As an Operations Manager based in Darlington you’ll be responsible for:
- The general health and safety of the Fulfilment Centre .
- Warehouse Management and Planning.
- People Management and mentoring.
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on night shifts.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous relevant Operations Management experience in related industries would be mandatory for this role
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent people management skills where mentoring and leading by example are key elements of your approach
- Excellent systems skills including Warehouse Management Systems and the full MS Office suite.
