Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:
The Commercial Lending Operations, Quality Control & Syndications Manager leads operational functions supporting commercial lending transaction processing, syndicated loan servicing, and quality control activities.
The position ensures timely and accurate execution, compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements, and delivery of exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include team leadership, performance management, employee development, stakeholder collaboration, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement.
Required qualifications include a minimum of three years of people-leadership experience, strong commercial lending knowledge, project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Banking and Financial Services experience is mandatory. Core responsibilities include operations management, transaction processing, quality review, and risk oversight.
Key partnerships involve Loan Booking, Quality Control, and onshore operational teams. Top priorities include Loan IQ, Syndications, Quality Control, and Risk Management.
Onboarding includes three weeks of leadership training followed by three weeks of role-specific training.
Qualifications & Experience:-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Banking and Financial Services experience is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing operational teams. Overall 8 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending Operations, Loan IQ, Syndications, Quality Control, and Risk Management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Preferred systems knowledge includes MS Office, Loan IQ, and AFS.
Success will be measured through operational excellence, quality outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, risk management effectiveness, and achievement of business objectives..
