* Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
* Proven experience in managing complex IT projects or contracts.
* Ability to create and execute project plans, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
* Strong leadership abilities to guide teams and coordinate activities.
* Effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
* In-depth understanding of the contract terms, deliverables, and performance metrics.
* Familiarity with FAR and other relevant guidelines.
* Budget management skills to track billing, allocate resources, and ensure cost- effectiveness.
* Monitoring financial aspects of the contract.
* Ensuring that services meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
* Implementing processes for continuous improvement.
* Identifying and mitigating risks related to contract performance.
* Developing contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
* Vendor Coordination:
* Collaborating with subcontractors, vendors, and external partners.
* Ensuring timely delivery of services.
* Streamlining processes and optimizing resource utilization.
* Monitoring service levels and addressing any bottlenecks.
* Maintaining accurate records of operational activities.
* Preparing regular reports on contract performance.
* Prioritizing user satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
* Ensuring smooth communication between the contract team and end-users. Experience and Education:
* A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (such as computer science, information technology, or business administration) is often required.
* 8 to 10 years' experience in managing complex IT projects or contracts, including resource allocation, project planning, and meeting deadlines.
* Certifications such as PMP or ITIL
