Main responsibilities:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective application of contracts, commercial policies and execution of the distributor model in relevant market(s), tenders and private sales involving close coordination with the local supply chain, managing importations, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and aligning delivery plans with customer needs.
Support Head of Operations for key commercial activities including tender management, commercial policy, key stakeholder management, distributors’ management, and performance management
Collaborate with cross functions, design timely and accurate analyses to measure and monitor relevant key performance indicators related to the organization's priorities.
Identify projects issues/ business problems and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality
Identify business risks and develop mitigation plans
Ensure report of activities to MCO/Global
Drive the development and implementation of commercial strategies by collaborating with Business Relationship Manager/ Sales team, and other support functions to ensure business continuity and growth
Monitor operational performance metrics and make adjustments to processes and strategies as necessary
Coordinate import processes and align with Supply, Regulatory Affairs (RA) and Quality guidelines
Align operations with Supply Chain, MCO Business Planning and Operations and other related functions to ensure uninterrupted execution / operation
Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce write off
Lead and manage ad-hoc projects as required, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Ensure high compliance with Sanofi SOPs and local legislation and transversal coordination with other Sanofi GBUs
About You:
Main requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration / finance or related field
Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance with local and international standards
Proficient in project management and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems
Fluent in English and the primary language(s) of the country or countries of operation, with strong communication skills
Work Experience:
5-7 years prior experience in project management, supply management, finance or consultancy
Experience in operations management, particularly in pharmaceutical industry
Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting
Extensive experience in handling contract applications, managing distributor models, tenders, and overseeing direct sales
