As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the operational goals of the warehouse. Your responsibilities include workforce planning, training, scheduling, continuous improvement, and accident prevention.
Knuspr.de is currently in a fast-growth phase, and this position requires a strong leader who can help define and drive the processes, procedures, and systems necessary to sustainably support and accelerate our growth.
Our warehouse is located in Garching near Munich.

Ensure the timely processing of all incoming and outgoing operational tasks
Manage processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through active employee engagement and teamwork promotion
Plan, organize, and assign work tasks to meet operational warehouse requirements while monitoring and evaluating work results
Ensure high inventory accuracy through regular audits and implementation of preventive measures
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the physical warehouse environment in accordance with 5S standards
Train, develop, and support employees to strengthen both their professional and personal competencies
Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety practices
A completed degree in Logistics or a similar qualification with a focus on warehouse management, shipping, forwarding, or supply chain
Several years of leadership experience managing teams of at least 40 employees in logistics companies such as Amazon, DHL, UPS, or GLS
Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of safety practices and proven 5S methodologies; Lean and Six Sigma experience is a plus
