Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Für unseren Standort in Norderstedt suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die unsere Produktionsprozesse effizient steuert und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt.

• Führung beider Teams Produktion und Lagerhaltung

• Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltstandards und Einhaltung aller Richtlinien

• Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation eines Produktionsteams inkl. Supervisors/Team Leads

• Verantwortung für die termingerechte Produktion in der geforderten Qualität

• Steuerung und Optimierung von Prozessen, Kosten, Qualität und Effizienz

• Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

• Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Quality, Operations und weiteren Schnittstellen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik oder einem anderen technisch basierten Studium oder bestandene Meisterprüfung

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Führungsaufgaben im Bereich produzierende Chemie
• Fließend Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Starke Kommunikations-, Coaching- und Analysefähigkeiten

• Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ausgeprägtes Prozess- und Zahlenverständnis

• Sehr gute MS-Office- und Excel-Kenntnisse

• Hohe Kundenorientierung und Teamgeist
