About Blank Street

At Blank Street, we're on a mission to become the defining food and beverage brand of our generation. From the very beginning, we've set out to add a spark to ordinary experiences through elevated products, attention-to-detail, and a commitment to making every moment memorable. We're motivated by the millions of customers we serve across cities, and know that our potential is unlimited. It all starts with our people and their commitment to make magic happen each and every day.

Start Something Extraordinary…

As the Founding Operations Manager for our new LA region, you’ll lay the groundwork for launch, building the plan, team, and playbook, and run our first LA store day-to-day as its General Manager (who leads Baristas and Shift Leads) during the initial 6-12 month ramp. You’ll hire, train, and lead the store team, set the bar for customer experience and operational excellence, and own the store’s performance.

As we open additional locations, you’ll transition into a true multi-store Operations Manager: recruiting and developing the General Managers for our second store, and more as we grow. From there, you’ll scale systems, coach your Store Managers, and drive consistent results across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to build something new, run it exceptionally well, and grow with it as the LA region scales. As our LA Blank Street ambassador, you’ll serve as the connective tissue between stores and HQ, ensuring your region runs smoothly, hits its targets, and feels distinctly Blank Street.
