    accuracy and reliability of research findings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred

  • 5 or more years of related experience working in an academic scientific research setting

  • Strong project management experience is required

  • Understanding of operational processes, supply chain, and logistics

  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.

  • Understanding of the industry-specific operational requirements.

  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations impacting operations.

  • Utilizing software and tools for process optimization and data analysis.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.

  • Capacity to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Pay Range: $74,772 - $125,184 based on years of related experience
