Job Description- Evaluate the effectiveness, quality, and impact of training programs across Safety, Quality, and Operations within the manufacturing environment.
- Measure learning outcomes through pre- and post-training assessments, competency validations, and on-the-job observations.
- Identify gaps between training objectives and actual workplace performance and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure all training programs align with operational, safety, and quality standards and requirements.
- Track workforce competency, certification status, and skill validity to ensure production readiness.
- Partner with Operations, EHS, Quality, and HR teams to validate on-the-job competency and performance.
- Support skill validation, re-certification processes, and cross-training initiatives.
- Analyze performance trends and link root causes to training or competency gaps.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal standards and external audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve training quality, delivery methods, and assessment approaches.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on workforce capability and operational performance.
- Execute other responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, training, or L&D environment
- Experience in competency-based training, audits, or assessments preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in FMCG/manufacturing environment preferred
- Should have completed TOT’s 1 & 11
