The RoleWe're looking for an operations lead to take on special projects and make Doji run smoothly. This role is in-person from our office in NYC.
As Operations Lead you will…
Work directly with our founders to execute impactful special projects
Manage customer support and ensure quality and timely responses
Analyze data and support and extract meaningful user insights and improve our product
Manage contractor teams for AI data collection and product curation
QA our product & AI training data pipeline
Contribute to the overall product strategy and user experience
