About the role:

We're looking for an exceptional operator who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and enjoys solving complex operational challenges. You'll own and scale the company's operational backbone across financial operations, people operations, customer operations, and regulatory operations.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who naturally takes initiative, moves quickly, and enjoys building systems from the ground up. You'll work closely with the leadership team, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the business operates efficiently as we continue to scale.

We're looking for someone who has built their career in ambitious startup environments where speed, adaptability, and execution are valued above rigid processes. You should be equally comfortable defining strategy, rolling up your sleeves to execute, and switching between multiple priorities in a single day.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Operations

  • Build and oversee scalable financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, vendor payments, and operational reporting.

  • Partner with Finance on audits, controls, and strategic planning.

  • Improve operational efficiency through automation and process design.

People Operations

  • Own the employee lifecycle from hiring through onboarding and day-to-day people operations.

  • Develop internal processes, policies, and operating rhythms that help teams execute effectively.

  • Partner with leaders on organizational planning and operational excellence.

Customer Operations

  • Design and improve customer onboarding and operational workflows.

  • Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience through efficient operational processes.

  • Lead operational escalations and continuously improve service quality.

Regulatory Operations

  • Coordinate regulatory filings, reporting obligations, audits, and compliance initiatives.

  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to operationalize regulatory requirements.

  • Build processes that support a highly regulated business without slowing execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup with a fast-paced, scaling environment..

  • Prior experience in a regulated fintech, payments, banking, financial infrastructure, or similar regulated industry.

  • Strong ownership mindset with an exceptional bias for action—you don't wait for direction to solve problems.

  • A builder who enjoys creating processes, operating frameworks, and scalable systems from scratch.

  • Comfortable working across financial operations, people operations, customer operations, and regulatory operations.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with outstanding attention to detail.

  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple teams.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.

  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and execution-focused.

  • Excited by early-stage companies where priorities evolve quickly and everyone contributes beyond their job description.

Skills Required
