This job is responsible to responsible for the input, setup, analyzation, communication, resolution and/or maintenance of client, customer or agency information for one or more of Assurant’s products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Work to achieve objectives and deliver results with a short-term, operational focus and limited impact on others.
- Management and monitoring of claim settlement
- Management of the network of Service Centers
- Invoicing process Service Centers
- Planning and coordination
- Improvement opportunities
- Implementation of new actions validated with the supervisor
- Keeping information updated in the supplier platform for customer and service centers
- Report and operation indicators
Requirements:
- Degree completed in business administration, engineering, and similar fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related role.
- Knowledge of after-sales service (factory and extended)
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of the regulations of insurance companies
- Databases management.
