About you and the role

As an Operations IT Data Technologist specializing in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for SAP data handling, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ETL workflows to ensure efficient data integration and management within our SAP environment. Utilizing your expertise in ETL, BODS, and SQL, you will provide guidance and support to a defined discipline and business process area through direct collaboration with developers and other business process experts from various functional areas.

Responsibilities

The Operations IT Date Technologist should have significant experience within manufacturing facilities,

• This role manages data including the global Maintenance, Repair and Operating (MRO) supplies catalog and/or SAP Master Data Configuration. Ensures alignment of sites to the global master data.
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
• This role leads projects or project steps to create solution methodologies such as data mining, statistics, visualization, optimization and simulation, for example transferring data to a tenant in case of divestiture.
• Should have a strong work process focus, and strong leadership/facilitation skills to effectively partner with site maintenance and production leaders to enable a culture of improvement and sustainability across the site/business end users going forward.
• Lead and facilitate site/business functional synergies related to Operations ITOT, including functional partnership, work process effectiveness, system usage and effectiveness, training, troubleshooting, and targeted improvements.
• This role is global and is aligned to a defined Business Process area. Priorities are set globally to assure highest value work gets priority.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree plus engineering, manufacturing or related experience required.
• To have the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience related maintenance/operations field along with 10 or more years' experience.
