The intern will be based in our Shanghai office and will report to Team Lead, Operations, based in Singapore, as well as locally to the GM & Head of Accounting & Finance.

Main ResponsibilitiesOPERATIONS货物贸易执行
Seaborne Trading (Import).
海运贸易（进口）
To collect import (purchase) contract and documents for signing and endorsement, before courier to disport agent.
负责签收进口（采购）合同及海运单据，协助加盖印章及背书。
To help check and print customs documents for Gunvor (China) import, and assist to obtaining signatures/stamps, per import request.
协助核对和打印贡渥（中国）进口的海关文件，并根据进口要求协助获取签名/盖章。
To check any other related import, such as if import license obtained before vessel arrival.
核查其他相关进口文件证明，例如船舶抵达前是否已获得进口许可证等
Onshore Deliveries (Domestic)
国内陆运交付
To assist check and print onshore sales contract to buyer and obtain signatures.
协助核对并打印国内销售合同，并安排原件邮寄签名
To assist updating and reconciliating of cargo delivery, payment due, balance sheet locally etc.

To assist to courier original documents as required (contract/Invoices /etc.)

Others (Admin)

Liaise local counterparties for KYC documents collection, translation as necessary.

Assist translation of local documents, regulations, policy, etc. as required.
协助翻译当地文件，法规，政策等。
To coordinate local inventory inspections at discharge and/or warehouse (Travel may be required)
协调卸货，及仓库库存检查（可能需要出差）
To coordinating and/or present during discharge, with agent/ surveyors when required (Travel may be required)
根据需要与货运代理/检验公司协调，如需要前晚卸货现场监督（可能需要出差）
Others as assigned by local office/ manager

Profile
The individual should have the following experience:
- Current students pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance,
or Engineering
目前正在攻读工商管理、会计、经济学、金融学或工程学本科或硕士学位的在校学生。
- Able to commit to 3 to 4 working days per week, preferably from Wednesday to Friday)

- Must be articulate in oral and written English and Mandarin communication and possess good verbal and written presentation skills
