Position Summary:
Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.
In the Operations Intern position, you’ll work with both internal and external customers and assist in managing post-order changes and service requests (cancellations, order charges backorders, etc.). You’ll act as a liaison between our internal and external customers and suppliers and make decisions about our customer concerns and fulfillment management to drive service and quality.

What You’ll Do & Impact

Support team members in managing the fulfillment and post order service for suppliers.

Act as a liaison between our customers and our suppliers to manage the processes in a manner that aligns with our commitment to outrageous service.

Respond to multiple requests over the phone or through email with internal and external customers and suppliers.

Provide backup support in resolution of customer service issues.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through a focus on quality and timeliness of resolution.

Maintain and develop expertise within a designated team.

Participate in other projects as assigned by leader.

Pull reporting from the SQL and analyze data looking for trends.
Experience:
-
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program

Previous customer service experience

Available to work 40 hours a week during the summer.
